Worthy to Win offers both group and individual training formats in order to teach mindset skills to NCAA individual players and teams. Mindset development trains players in three crucial aspects of mindset development:
The Inner Game: Managing internal emotions including nerves, expectations and pressures. The Outer Game: Training effective on court reactions including (positive, negative and neutral), routines, body language, pre and post-match routines and match tempo. Player Grit and Resilience Development: (Toughness and Character Development) Player character development training includes self-awareness, discipline, respect, time management, balanced lifestyle, focus and off court routines.
Team Training - The Eight - Habit Course
Team Training is designed for a dynamic half-day or full-day team event. This is offered is a Skype group call or can be a live team event. Team members and coaches will be taken through the eight-step process in a powerful team training exercise. The goal for this training is to take the collective team through an applied learning experience of the eight-step course. During this training a clear focus on what will help each team member build a Worthy to Win mindset in preparation for upcoming competitive events. This is a bonding and unifying team event that will change the way student/athletes see themselves and the potential within the team. Each team member will receive a copy of the Worthy to Win eight-step book and will go through its customized workbook.

Team Training - Competition Prep Mindset Training
The Competitive Preparation Mindset training course focuses on training players in a group format on how to react and think before, during and after competition. Players will develop their ability to prepare mentally for match play and further develop their tennis IQ. Players will learn how to improve their on-court reactions and competitive savy to know how to mentally perform under a variety of stressful competitive situations. Understanding how and when to implement mental routines is an important part of this training. Developing the habit of preparing mentally for tournaments and specific matches will set players apart mentally.
Training Structure: This mindset workshop is designed for competitive players. The goal is to go through the Worthy to Win Competition Preparation course in an interactive group training event. The event can take place in a one-day or day and a half format.

Individual Player Training
This training will be offered in 30 or 60-minute sessions. Players will receive personalized notes from the training session with action items. These notes will be forwarded to the coaching staff and student/athlete. In addition, players can receive on-site mental coaching before competitive events. In this format student/athletes are able to work on individual mental challenges that can be more effectively worked on in a private setting.
Individual Training Package for Teams: Package A: $400/month. This includes a total of four, 30-minute training sessions split between 1-4 players per month. This price includes talk time before key matches along with a weekly performance tracker that reviews key performance metrics. Minimum commitment of 3 months. (A one month trial period is available.)
Package B: $700/month. This includes a total of eight, 30 - minute training sessions split between 2-6 players per month. This price includes talk time before key matches along with a weekly performance tracker that reviews key performance metrics. Minimum Commitment of 3 months. (A one month trial period is available.)
Worthy to Win Eight-Step Online Course
This mental training course is a self-study course and can be accessed on a smartphone or a computer. Each of the Eight Training sessions includes a brief assignment that solidifies key individual concepts. The Eight-step course takes players through a structured process that helps them to overcome the worthiness dilemma. The crucial mental skills taught include: Identifying their mental style, clarifying how to focus on their game plane, Preparation for the emotions of match time momentum shifts, overcoming the choke response under pressure, gaining, keeping the need to win properly balanced and understanding how to release negative pressure before opportunity matches.
Course Fee: $199 per student/athlete. Each athlete receives access to the online course through the end of the season. This course includes assignments after each training session and a template used to create a mental game plan upon completion of the course.
